The knitwear factory ANNA MAGLIERIE was founded in 1982, by the will of the two owners who already had a rich experience in artisan manufacturing techniques, given that the family had been working in the industry since 1965.
This knowledge has been enhanced with time through a continuous research of materials, stitching and manufacturing, always adjusting to the requests given by the European and Italian market.
Through the years, the factory acquired the Shima electronic knitting machines to satisfy all clients’ requests (samplers, small productions, etc.), and these technological upgrades have given us the opportunity to observe in detail the entire process of product creation, from the design of the sweater until the final tailoring. The factory also puts effort into offering excellent service to all its clients, through research, development of new yarns, and the creation of different articles.

Thirty years of experience in high quality knitwear has boosted Anna Maglierie as one of the most prominent and valued companies of the sector, in both national and international territories. Since our founding in 1982, our main markets have been English and German. Through time the factory continued to find new markets that were looking for a high quality “Made in Italy” product, and today we work for Germany, England, Korea, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, America and Canada.

All our garments are made in Tuscany, a region with a strong story in the textile sector, where it is still possible to find artisan skills and techniques that, combined with modern technology, give the garments an indistinguishable character.
